Welcome to our 2012 Fall Soccer Season!

All in person registrations will be held at the Calvary Baptist Church 1601 W. 2nd St., Xenia from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The registration fee is $45 per player and $55.00 for late registrations. Parents make sure you sign your child up in the appropriate age division. We cannot move players down in a division. Once you sign them up in the correct division this is final; no changes will be made. Please make sure to fill registrations out completely. We have a lot of registrations left blank in the phone number and birth date section and all information is important for coach’s contact. A reminder that uniforms do run small and if you are not sure on size it is better to order big than small. If the mistakes is made by your ordering and you want another size, an extra fee of $25 will need to be paid prior to reordering the shirt. There will be NO REFUNDS unless the player makes the High School SOCCER team. No exceptions will be made.
We are very excited about the upcoming season. Thanks for your support in 2011. After you have registered, it will be several weeks before a coach will contact you. The coaches will not be given any information until mid July, so that all teams will have the same amount of practice time before Opening Day on Saturday August 11th, 2012. If you are not contacted by July 31st and you have moved or have a change of phone number, please contact us by website or leave a message information listed below.
Parents, we continue to encourage early registration. Applications received after the June 1st deadline will be considered late. We will maintain a waiting list for late registrations, but this will not guarantee your child a position on a team. Applications can be mailed to Xenia Soccer Club, P.0. Box 298, Xenia, Ohio 45385.
On the reverse side of the registration form is an area for information for those interested in coaching/sponsoring/referring, we will be conducting a field setup day on July 21st at 9:00 am. Any questions concerning coaches should be directed to Heather Burrell; questions on team sponsorship should be directed to Bobbie DeLotelle; and questions on registration should be directed to Jon Dobney. All of these persons can be reached anytime by website or beginning July 21, 2012 by leaving a message at 372-0503. Please make sure to check the Bulletin Board & for information throughout the season.
