Hello! We would like to introduce ourselves to you as the Xenia Soccer Club.

The Xenia Soccer Club is a private organization, run entirely by its volunteers and parents. We are asking businesses in the community for their support by sponsoring a team for the 2012 fall soccer season. The season begins at the end of July with Opening Day being held August 11th. We serve children from all over the Greene County area from ages 4 through 15. All games are played at the Greene County Fairgrounds in Xenia.

In our 2011, season we served more than 50 teams and close to 800 players. With your support of sponsorship, your business with help us maintain the soccer program. Sponsoring is also good advertisement for your business and shows your support for the community.

I have enclosed a sponsor form to be completed if interested. You then will send the form along with a check or money order made payable to the Xenia Soccer Club P.O. Box 298, Xenia, OH 45385. If you would like to be sent a receipt, please place a mark in the “receipt needed” line on the sponsor form.

All money is due by May 15, 2012.

Your sponsor money must be received by the due date in order for your business logo to be printed on team uniforms.

All sponsors will receive a t-shirt (if marked on the form) along with a plaque at the end of the season with the team picture for your support of the Xenia Soccer Club.
