| | The Xenia Soccer Club philosophy stresses that recreational soccer needs to be enjoyable and fun for all involved. Coaches are expected to provide encouragement and instruction on proper soccer techniques. The XSC also believes that safety is a must for the protection of all players and participant on and off the field. Finally , the Xenia Soccer Club recognizes that winning is very important in any sports endeavor: however, it should be SECONDARY to the principles of good sportsmanship. Respect and sportsmanship are defined as treating all of the participants with integrity, fairness, and honesty. Playing and competing with honor should be an important goal for all of us involved in sports. |
